    Why was a school bus going 68mph? Especially in the UK where much less time is spent on freeways.

        Yea I think its likely it happened there as the speed was given in kph, we still mostly use mph in the UK and I could be wrong as I’m not a parent ut I’m not aware of “school buses” really being a thing here.
