This was a high profile case that was all over the news for weeks. And frankly it looks like a slam dunk for the prosecution. The Biden Justice Department absolutely would’ve brought federal charges.
Not sure how you figure that. Trump is not exactly hands off with the Justice Department.
Not at all surprising and it wouldn’t have been any different under the last administration. From the whole “rule of law” perspective you can’t really not go after somebody who committed premeditated murder on film just because his target was someone that people didn’t like. What the jurors decide to do is a whole different can of worms (although if you ask me to make a prediction, I think they most likely find him guilty).
Whether it was a “quarter eater” or not was a big one. Some games were seen as having unfair levels of difficulty that were just designed to take your money. Take something like Haunted Castle as an example.
If they’re going to pretend it wasn’t classified, proving otherwise makes sense.
There’s certainly no guarantee.
Worth noting that it’s against international law to leave a person stateless.
Kinda like when google news shows links to paywalled articles.
What is the strict topological definition of a hole?

Feel like shit in general since January, not only because of global events but also because of various shitty things happening in my personal life that coincidentally occurred around the same time. I have to say that when it seems like the world is actively on fire and burning down it severely affects my ability to compartmentalize. Like there’s an extra layer of gloom over everything.
It’s nice out today and I’m not feeling particularly awful, though. I made mini chicken pot pies so I’m looking forward to lunch.
I think it will probably vary regionally. Diners and breakfast places often have lots of variations. A couple others I thought of are griddle cakes (old-fashioned pancakes) and saddlebags (which are pancakes mixed with meat and other stuff). I’ve seen stuff like yeast-raised whole wheat pancakes (which I don’t know if they have a particular name). I could also name a few places where you could get things like okonomiyaki or scallion pancakes in my city. Those super thick Japanese-style pancakes also seem to be kind of trendy. America is a big place and there’s lots of food variety.
Well in America we have pancakes, flapjacks, Dutch babies, crepes, Johnny cakes, and probably other things I’m forgetting about that are pancake-adjacent.
Not trying to be judgey, just trying to give you a push. You’re right, we all have stuff. It’s how you deal with it that counts.
I think if you’re gonna charge people fees then it should be regularly maintained. Big reason I’m done with sync.
You’re actively sabotaging yourself, your relationships, and your physical health because of your thoughts. Also you come across as more than a little unstable. I am not a therapist, but if I can get this impression reading 5 paragraphs of what you write, I would say you have serious issues.
My advice: budget for it, you really need one. There are lots of therapists who offer sliding scale.
Oh good, United healthcare is up.
