I disagree. Scarcity is driving up home prices, which makes it more lucrative for corporations to move in and keep supply low and demand high. Flood the market with cheap affordable housing and it’ll push these asshole corporations out of the market.

Open office isn’t getting much in the way of updates these days and is considered dormant and maintained by the Apache foundation. Libre-office is the office suite maintained by the document foundation and is where the bulk of developers moved over to.

I think we should diversify away from the US and China as much as possible. So no, i don’t think we should ease off tariffs on Chinese goods.
