The difference is Isreal is mostly only a danger to Gaza or starting a war with Iran. Trump is threatening other sovereign states with invasion and annexation, and destabilizing the economies of global powers. It’s not a moral/humanitarian concern which tends to get mixed responses from global powers. It’'s a self-interest concern or matter of survival for a lot of powerful countries which tends to get a more direct response.

Seems to me that this kind of story just proves that if ice comes for you only choice is to die fighting. You’re going to be put in a hole in an El Salvador prison with no recourse. What incentive do you have to go quietly? What incentive do you have to trust the rule of law? Even if you’re a US citizen, they’ll throw you in that hole doesn’t matter. And keep in mind, I’m hearing about ICE not even identifying themselves. And even when they do, they come without warrants. I never , ever in life thought I was shoot through the door except for the most dire of situations. I’m now prepared.
